In the conditions of a full-scale war in Ukraine, each of the selected organizations of the project is forced to review approaches to work, to adapt to the new conditions in the communities where they are now due to the fact that the communities where they worked before are temporarily not under the control of the Government of Ukraine.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/tlSN_MSC-VO_76skqaHCLXh3uWfHLzWh1DTLJ-5aWWZgy8ZxD_u7IMwQQxDK-6Y6jk6c98Cxgjwd82gvR1cnL-bfWE6A4zY-G3PX7u6lWM8aQk7eZz4vs1oW9lxFsgTuy2POyIWjDRtd3MDTQMs92YPpmbC4HX-6H6NCHI_w7ZjJZ8j677a0yPZZuQ\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption> <em>Photo: <strong>Vitalii Okhrimenko<\/strong>, program director of the Legal Development Network<\/em> <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abThere is probably no organization left after February 24 that can say its strategies remain effective. They faced challenges that severely undermined organizational capacity. Our civil society has shown itself worthily. On the other hand, we understand that this is a long-term war, and we must be strong. Our strength lies in uniting and strengthening each other. This project, in particular, is a platform to communicate more and unite in order to be stronger together\u00bb<\/em>, mentioned <strong>Vitalii Okhrimenko<\/strong>, program director of the Legal Development Network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training program is designed for heads of\npublic organizations, managers of areas, and lawyers. It involves a team of\ntrainers and experts who have significant experience and many successful\nachievements in their fields. Let&#8217;s dwell in more detail on the experience of\neach of the trainers of the program.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ruslan Bakhtyiev <\/strong>knows many organizations from the inside and\nhelps them build strategies. He will indicate the ways of possible\ninstitutional development of organizations, introduce the tools of\ninstitutional sustainability, and at the tactical level, help organize the work\nprocess in the context of providing legal aid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Iryna Glushchenkova <\/strong>has also worked for many years both\nwith public organizations and with representatives of the access to justice\nsphere, in particular, with the system of free legal aid, the prosecutor&#8217;s\noffice, and the bar community. The trainer will teach effective internal\ncommunication, and develop stress management and emotional intelligence skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Maryna Govorukhina <\/strong>is a well-known communications\nexpert. With it, project participants will learn to work properly with\nanti-crisis communications and will be able to make their organizations more\nrecognizable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Olha Semeniuk <\/strong>is a practicing lawyer and trainer. Olha will\nhelp in the development of skills for working with internally displaced\npersons, and professional communication with clients. She will help to\nunderstand the legal framework and how it is implemented in practice.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, representatives of the LDN and other\norganizations of the Solidarity and Justice coalition, in particular &#8211; the\nUkrainian Women Lawyers Association \u00abJurFem\u00bb, will share their practical\nexperience. Thus, the participating organizations will gain knowledge about\nproviding effective legal assistance and establishing gender-sensitive\nservices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The educational program is divided into\nmodules and focused on three groups of educational activities. The first group\nis aimed at organizational development and ensuring the stability of processes\nin organizations, and their institutional stability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second is for the development of legal\nservices provided by organizations participating in the project or planned to\nprovide in the near future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The third is the personal development of members of the organizational team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/aXJn3DJ8PXm4RmPN9hEk-G9x06jD-3ltLTnFC51GjC2YCrfe4JFeKcc1OrtKXzbS4YOuxYNrGvcQ3AvOlyKIXounvN2C_gtvdl-KXzISA5jAVqnHH7kPd7zQ3pvHDOfrhOdiIGh5Hu8hCtJ92uZUu6SSryZIHqao28JoKKv1q7oLvb6Df0MYcS1giQ\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption> <em>Photo: <strong>Iryna Chaika<\/strong>, organizational development director of the LDN<\/em> <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abThe entire program consists of four modules. It will start with a module that will provide the conceptual basis of the entire program. Between training modules, there will be intermediate periods during which participants will actively work with mentors to implement knowledge and skills\u00bb,<\/em>\u00a0says <strong>Iryna Chaika<\/strong>, organizational development director of the LDN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In total, 10 mentors will work in the project,\ncoordinated by <strong>Anna Uvarova<\/strong> &#8211; an\nexpert who has been developing the mentoring institute in Ukrainian civil\nsociety for many years:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abThe task of the mentor is to identify one\nto three focuses that the organizations will work on throughout the program and\nthe way to achieve the goals. Along the way, we also made mistakes, faced serious challenges, and found solutions. Organizations participating in the project will be able not to repeat our mistakes and not waste time on working out effective models. Thanks to our experts, mentors, and coaches, they will go through this path much faster and more efficiently\u00bb,<\/em>\u00a0mentioned <strong>Yevgen Poltenko<\/strong>, executive director of the Legal Development Network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the conditions for achieving efficiency\nis the use of a self-assessment tool for organizational development, which must\nbe completed by each of the organizations participating in the project.
