The award ceremony of the 5th\u00a0National Contest of Annual Public Reports\u00a0took place in Kyiv.<\/p>\n

Legal Development Network was ranked 3rd<\/sup>\u00a0in the nomination “Civil Society Organizations (CSO)\u00a0with an annual budget of more than 1 million\u00a0UAH”.<\/p>\n

We congratulate all members of the Legal Development Network who continuously contribute to the work and\u00a0activities\u00a0of LDN, as well as all those involved in the preparation of the Report itself.<\/p>\n

The ceremony was held\u00a0by the \u201cCreative Center\u201d<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The purpose of the competition is to promote a high level of transparency and openness, organizational culture of civil society organizations, raising the level of trust in the society to the activities of non-profit\u00a0associations and charitable organizations.<\/p>\n

The participants were greeted by L<\/b><\/strong>i<\/b><\/strong>ubov Pal<\/b><\/strong>y<\/b><\/strong>voda<\/b><\/strong>, president of the \u201cCreative Center\u201d, Marcus Brand<\/b><\/strong>, UNDP adviser\u00a0and head of the democratic governance\u00a0projects,\u00a0Volodymyr Sheygus<\/b><\/strong>, ICAP\u00a0“Yednannya” Executive Director, Volodymyr Kupriy<\/b><\/strong>, First Deputy Head of the National Agency for Civil Service of Ukraine, Mar<\/b><\/strong>y<\/b><\/strong>na Honda<\/b><\/strong>, Director of the Department of Public Communications of the Kyiv City State Administration, Iryna Bilous<\/b><\/strong>, Deputy Head of the “Doluchaysia” project.<\/p>\n

First\u00a0place in the category “Civil society organizations with an annual budget of over\u00a01 million\u00a0UAH”, where LDN was represented, was awarded to\u00a0the NGO “EdKamp Ukraine”, second\u00a0place – NGO “Center\u00a0“New Europe “.<\/p>\n

The winners in the category “Civil society organizations with an annual budget of up to 1 million\u00a0UAH”:<\/p>\n

1st place – Charitable organization “Public Foundation “Sumy”<\/p>\n

2nd place – Ternopil regional charitable foundation “The Future of the Orphans”<\/p>\n

3rd place – NGO “Regional Center for European Integration Projects”<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Winners in the category “Civil society organizations registered and working\u00a0in villages, towns and small cities”:<\/p>\n

1st place – City charity organization “Voznesensk community foundation”<\/p>\n

2nd place – Charitable foundation “Center for Public Initiatives”<\/p>\n

3rd\u00a0place – NGO “Association\u00a0“Revival of Grytsev ”<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The competition was held for the fifth time. This year, there were 46 participating organizations from Donetsk, Zhytomyr, Lugansk, Lviv, Mykolayiv, Odessa, Poltava, Rivne, Ternopil, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Kherson, Khmelnytsky and Kyiv.<\/p>\n
