The members of the Association of Co-Owners of Apartment Buildings in the city of Storozhynets (Chernivtsi oblast) had a common problem: the roof of their apartment building needed repair. People wanted the city government to help them with this. They appealed to the Storozhynets City Council with a corresponding request, but, unfortunately, to no avail.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Residents shared this problem with paralegal Nataliia Horvasiuk<\/strong> and the head of the Vinnytsia NGO \u201cPodillia Center for Human Rights\u201d<\/a> Mykhailo Bardyn<\/strong>, during a legal education event that the NGO and the paralegal held together in Storozhynets this summer.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
