She has not been officially fired from a job that is currently occupied.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iryna turned to the lawyers of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stepngo.in.ua\/about-us\/\">NGO STEP<\/a> with her problem. She said she could not even find her former employers alone. The management of the enterprise, located on the territory of the Yakymivka village council, which the russians temporarily occupy, did not get in touch with her. Thus, following the procedure established by the Law of Ukraine <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/zakon.rada.gov.ua\/laws\/show\/1706-18#Text\"><em>&#8220;On Ensuring the Rights and Freedoms of Internally Displaced Persons&#8221;<\/em><\/a><em>**, Iryna&#8217;s employment contract was terminated.
