Legal Development Network is looking for a Fundraising Manager

Since 2024, the Legal Development Network has been implementing the #RestoringtheSouth crowdfunding campaign. The campaign aims to create five centers for leisure, informal education, and networking for youth and internally displaced persons in the Shevchenkivska community of Mykolaiv region. The campaign projects are hosted on the GlobalGiving platform and are open for donations. 

We are looking for a creative expert with experience in fundraising, communications, international cooperation, and project management, who will be responsible for supporting and implementing international crowdfunding campaigns on the GlobalGiving.org platform and will be able to attract financial support for project implementation.

The goals of most campaigns should be achieved during July – August 2025.

Main responsibilities:

• Planning, launching, and supporting crowdfunding campaigns on the GlobalGiving platform and ldn.org.ua (creating project descriptions, updates, photo/video content, reports, etc.) for an international audience.
• Developing and implementing information campaigns for an international audience (through email marketing, social media, partner networks, media).
• Organizing fundraising events online and offline to attract support from individual donors and organizations.
• Finding international partners, donors, stakeholders, active participation in networking at relevant events and platforms.
• Analyzing campaign effectiveness, working with metrics, improving fundraising strategies.
• Creating a brand face for the donor community, maintaining their interest and motivation for donations.
• Accountability, creating and distributing content after campaign implementation, sending personal letters, and reporting through the GlobalGiving platform.
• Post-campaign activities: organizing trainings, workshops, educational events for target groups (for example, internally displaced persons, local initiatives, women entrepreneurs, etc.) aimed at developing skills in resource management, planning, sustainability.
• Engaging volunteers from the international community as needed.

Requirements for candidates:

• Successful experience in fundraising, communications, or international cooperation (1+ years).
• Understanding of the principles of crowdfunding and online communications.
• High level of English language proficiency (oral and written).
• Experience with platforms such as GlobalGiving, Patreon, GoFundMe, Buy Me a Coffee, or similar – an advantage.
• Ability to think strategically, analyze, organize teamwork.
• Creativity, initiative, readiness for a flexible schedule.
• Registered as a private entrepreneur (3rd group).
