The Legal Development Network in partnership with the Czech humanitarian organization “People in Need” with financial support from the UK government has created and implemented the Link mechanism for local coordination of humanitarian response, which in its third year of operation has impressive results:

• 337 settlements in 24 de-occupied communities of Mykolaiv and Kherson regions
• 5,914 identified needs, of which 2,928 are verified regularly
• 1,418 needs closed completely or partially thanks to partner organizations
• A network of over 877 active informants has been created
• Over 110 users report their needs through the community cabinet
• 28 humanitarian organizations already book needs for implementation through the partner cabinet

At the event you will learn about:

• The experience and results of the LINK local humanitarian response coordination mechanism over two years and the innovations of the third year of implementation;
• opportunities for interaction between communities and organizations to implement joint solutions to new challenges.

Discover a practical model that your organization can adapt or integrate into your programming in Ukraine or other crisis contexts.
