Graduated from the Izmail Institute of Water Transport of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences of National Progress (specialty – jurisprudence, qualification – lawyer) and the International Humanitarian University (master program, specialty – jurisprudence).
From 2005 to present – advocacy, member of the Bar Council of Odesa Oblast. 2008 – 2009 – lawyer, Main Directorate of the Ministry for Emergencies in Odesa Oblast. 2011-2012 – Director general of Law Firm “Law Harbor”. From 2013 till now – the president of the NGO “Human Rights Roma Center”.
P. S. In June 2024, the Legal Development Network (LDN) launched a crowdfunding campaign, Recovery of The South of Ukraine , as part of the crisis response program #StandWithUkraine.
