Open Community, Transparent Investments

The Open Community, Transparent Investments project (April – December 2026) is implemented by the Legal Development Network together with the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting, with the support of the European Union. The team is carrying out civic monitoring of at least 15 public investment projects in social infrastructure across communities of Kherson and Ivano-Frankivsk oblasts, with particular attention to accessibility and energy efficiency. The aim is for communities to gain real tools of influence over the reconstruction process, and for the monitoring methodology to be adopted by at least 10 communities across Ukraine.
