Human Rights Friendly Community Program assists multi-sectoral groups from Ukrainian municipalities in finding complex solution for systemic legal issues of community: to identify the problem, analyze its causes, choose an altenative for its solution and develope local A2J strategies to make a systemic change for enhancing access to justice an the local level.
